Pilates meets Step Cardio for one sweaty, feel good disco night ✨. Join us for 30 minutes of Pilates with Kaila followed by 30 minutes of Step Cardio with Cori. Come ready to move, sweat, and boogie in disco attire! This in-person event is held at Dance Dimensions in Norwalk, CT, on October 13th from 7 PM to 8 PM.
