More About FREE Wellness Center Equipment Tours All September Long
The YMCA of Greenwich offers free Wellness Center Equipment Tours throughout September, providing a friendly introduction to their cardio and strength machines. Each 20–30 minute session helps participants learn safe equipment use, familiarize with the space, and gain confidence to start their fitness journey. Tours are open to everyone, members and non-members alike, with no cost involved.
