Mr. Friedman’s experience as a business owner/operator and accountant spans over 25 years. In his position as an Expert Witness, he specializes in business valuations, forensic accounting, economic damage assessment, litigation consulting, and fraud examination. He has provided his services for litigations involving individuals, as well as corporations – from small mom & pop businesses to large multi-national corporations (i.e. General Electric, Camping World, etc…). Mr. Friedman has experience working on litigations involving all-size law firms ranging from small single-attorney-owned firms to some of the largest law firms on the planet (i.e. Greenberg Traurig, LLP). He has provided services in Federal Court litigations as well as State Court litigations for both plaintiffs and defendants in both civil, criminal, and domestic proceedings in a variety of scenarios, including but not limited to: in-court hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations (including AAA Arbitration), and in-trial testimony for jury as well as non-jury trials.

Mr. Friedman delivers comprehensive litigation support, including thorough financial inspections and investigations to detect fraud or other discrepancies, as well as frequently conducting in-depth analyses and assessments of all relevant documents necessary to testify in court on behalf of a client or to testify as to the authenticity or inaccuracy of evidence and/or of other parties’ testimonies.
