Chef’s Table Series at Adrift Mare

ADRIFT Mare invites guests to an intimate Chef’s Table Series every other Saturday at 7 p.m., bringing together just 10 diners for a chef-led communal dining experience with Executive Chef Juan Carlos Lavalle. The evening features a multi-course Mediterranean Seafood Experience highlighting fresh seafood, citrus-forward flavors and bold accompaniments, with dishes such as kampachi crudo, East Coast oysters, Octopus Santorini, grilled tiger prawns and a whole grilled catch of the day. Curated beverage pairings are included throughout the experience, followed by black cherry clafoutis with olive oil ice cream for dessert.
