More About Free Community Yoga | Miller Beach Arts and Creative District
Join a free, hour-long community yoga session suitable for all levels, designed to help you feel limber and refreshed. Props and mats are provided, and classes are held every Sunday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Enhance your practice in 2026 with a series of workshops focusing on yoga philosophy, pelvic floor strengthening, lovingkindness meditation, and breath work, led by instructor Mary Schons.
