Our incredible attorneys obtain appointments for Circuit Court and/or Family Court cases across numerous counties in West Virginia including Mercer, McDowell, Monroe, Fayette, Greenbrier, Kanawha, and Putnam.
ChildLaw embraces a multi-disciplinary approach to its representation of children, collaborating with numerous other organizations to provide services to children. ChildLaw also coordinates programs in the community that gives a voice to youth like Mercer County Teen Court, Kids Run the Nation, Girls Run the Nation, and First Book.
