Syzygy Dance Project (SDP) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that transforms lives through dance. We offer regular outreach classes for communities throughout the SF Bay area and special classes for inmates, veterans, recovering addicts, chronic illness patients, and the elderly.

In addition to our outreach work, SDP founder Sylvie Minot also offers programs to the public, including:

• Medicine Circle Workshops
• Outreach Facilitator Training
• New Year Sound Waves
• Leadership in Motion programs, & Many other workshops both online & at various venues.
