More About Golden Hour Yoga at New Pond Farm
Join us for an outdoor yoga experience set against the backdrop of the setting sun. This all-levels series allows participants to refresh mind and body as nature springs back to life. Unwind with gentle flows, grounding poses, and mindful breathwork as we salute the sun's descent together.
