More About Fido Festival Adoption and Fundraising Event
The GCHS Canine Connections Club is raising the woof with their Fido Festival Adoption and Fundraising Event on April 20th from 11am-2pm. The event is free and will be held indoors at Grant Community High School in Fox Lake. (Please keep pets at home.) We invite you to meet and learn about the rescue dogs from American Brittany Rescue, Hope Love Believe Galgo Adoption, Save-A-Pet, and Young at Heart Senior Pet Adoptions. Our fundraisers will include raffle basket sales that will appeal to dogs and humans of all ages. painted rocks, homemade dog treats and toys, face painting and "adoptable" dogs for the kids. All proceeds from our fundraisers will be split between these rescues. Mario's Cart food truck and over a dozen dog-related vendors and organizations will be present. You will also want to catch our three un-fur-gettable demonstrations.
