More About FREE! Cancer Survivor Program - LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA
Let's get stronger together! Join us at the YMCA of Greenwich for LIVESTRONG®, a 12-week program designed to support individuals living with, through, or beyond cancer by offering a chance to regain physical health and connect with others on a similar journey. Each session is led by certified fitness instructors trained in cancer survivorship, post-rehabilitation exercise, and supportive cancer care. The program begins on September 8, 2026, and runs every Tuesday and Thursday from 1 to 3 p.m. through December 10, 2026. Research shows participants experience improved quality of life and reduced cancer-related fatigue.
