More About Volunteer For Running Start!
Helping local children entering Kindergarten through 5th grade start the school year with confidence by providing new clothing, shoes, backpacks, and school supplies. The program includes a pizza party at the YMCA followed by a shopping trip to Kohl's, supported by volunteers, donors, and community partners. Last year, over 125 children benefited; this year, the YMCA aims to serve 150 children.
