More About Plymouth - Free CPR and AED Training

***REGISTRATION REQUIRED, Click for Details

Open to teenagers and adults who are interested in learning to help save lives, the training sessions teach hands-only CPR – chest compressions without mouth-to-mouth breaths – and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). While the trainings are free, registration is required.
