HOW WE DO IT: We make yoga available by providing free vinyasa-style yoga classes in our community, which allows every individual an opportunity to practice regardless of their ability to pay.
Yoga Moves Us is reaching out to communities one neighborhood at a time, connecting people through yoga and championing healthy habits.
Starting in the Spring of 2015 Yoga Moves Us was created as part of its effort an expand yoga programs into other cities and neighborhoods.
What makes Yoga Moves Us such a powerful program is that it unites neighbors, it unites surrounding yoga studios and teachers, and ultimately unites individuals to a practice that is proven to create a healthier lifestyle.
Yoga Moves Us is a California 501(c)(3) (EIN# 47-4189002) nonprofit organization encouraging health and Wellness as well as community connection throughout California and beyond. The goal is to create wellness for the practitioners and a deeper feeling of community in neighborhoods. 100% of every dollar donated goes directly to program costs so that we may be able to share our love of yoga.
