More About Tanger Outlets Houston Celebrates Earth Day with an Earth Day Celebration, April 20
TEXAS CITY, Texas (April 1, 2024) – Earth Day is April 22, and Tanger Outlets Houston invites the community to celebrate with a fun-filled, family-friendly Earth Day Celebration on Saturday, April 20 from noon – 2 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy an informative workshop led by our resident beekeeper and enjoy face painting, honey taste testing, bee-themed crafts and photo opportunities with our beekeeper. Guests will also be encouraged to plant a flower as a take home gift.
Tanger Houston proudly partners with urban beekeeping company Alvéole to house 23,000 bees in one rooftop hive as part of its ongoing effort to increase the greater bee population locally and around the globe. These pollinators play an important role in contributing to a healthy, balanced ecosystem, and the community is welcome to follow along at myhive.alveole.buzz as Tanger kicks off its 2024 bee season.
