In April of 2013, the Bullpen Luxury Bar & Grill joined forces with the popular Chicagoland pizza chain, Gelsosomo’s Pizzeria, to offer the best of both brands to our ever-growing customer base. In addition to our existing Bullpen menu, we also serve Gelsosomos’ famous pizzas, pasta, salads, appetizers, and sandwiches, while still featuring the best drink specials, entertainment, and special events. Our mission is to continue to offer our guests a comfortable and relaxing family surrounding while maintaining a fun and exciting nightlife atmosphere. We also offer carry out and delivery services to the greater Northwest Indiana area.
BULLPEN HISTORY
The Bullpen Luxury Bar & Grill is the original NWI sports bar offering all major sports TV packages and is the premier spot to watch your favorite sports action happen on one of the 20+ large-screen HDTVs. Opening its first location in 2011, the Bullpen Luxury Bar & Grill is locally owned and was designed as an upscale sports bar that offers something for everyone, as well as, the preferred location for private parties, corporate events, casual gatherings and more.

GELSOSOMOS HISTORY
Born into an Italian family in Roseland, a South Chicago Italian neighborhood, Tom Gelsosomo has always loved great Italian food. As an aspiring young entrepreneur who had worked hard in restaurants in the late 1970s, Tom wanted to share his love for Italian food with people through his Gelsosomo's (Jel-sah-so-mos) Pizzeria restaurant concept. Tom decided to open his first restaurant in Portage, Indiana in 1979.
The Gelsosomo’s Mission is simple… "We take great pride in offering the highest quality and service ever offered anywhere. Only natural ingredients are used in our products, along with the highest quality control standards. Our service expectations are high, but without these standards and loyal patrons, our pizzerias would not be as successful as they are today."
