Join us for THRIVE 5-2-1-0 Family Night!

This fun, interactive, and FREE event for Lake County families will help us focus on eating well, moving more, spending less time on screens, and making healthier choices together.

THRIVE Lake County uses the simple 5-2-1-0 framework:
🍎5 or more fruits and vegetables each day
📱2 hours or less of screen time
🏃🏽‍♀️1 hour or more of physical activity
💦0 sugary drinks, with more water and low-fat milk

Throughout the evening, families will have opportunities to learn how to build a healthy plate, shop for nutritious foods, make healthy snacks, get active together, and find fun things to do away from screens. This interactive event is meant for families to get involved, try new things together, and leave with ideas they can use at home.
