Lake County Path to Wellness

Want to add a little more movement and wellness into your Friday?

Join us for Lake County Path to Wellness, happening every Friday for six weeks from September 11 through October 16.

Each week, we'll start with a brief conversation with health professionals about a different wellness topic, followed by guided light stretching and a community walk.

Topics throughout the six weeks will include:
- Pelvic therapy
- Emergency preparedness
- The importance of STD testing
- Tobacco prevention and cessation
- Chronic disease
- And more

You don't need to come prepared for an intense workout. Wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes, dress for the weather, and come ready to move at your own pace.
