About Phil Reese, Arizona Business Broker

Thank you for visiting my company on TownPlanner! At Phil Reese, Arizona Business Broker, we are eager to help those who need help with selling their business or buying one. For help, call our experts at 480-707-7721.

Phil Reese can help you not only establish a fair valuation for your company, but is also able to find buyers who can appreciate the work that has gone into making your organization successful and are willing to purchase the business for a fair price. Many business brokers in Phoenix are only concerned with selling your business as fast as possible so they can generate a commission, which is unfair to you. Often they will use tactics such as undervaluing your business so as to put a lower price on it to make it more attractive to buyers. As a result, you are leaving lots of your hard earned money on the table.

If you have a company in Scottsdale or the surrounding areas, Phil can help you make sure you understand the valuation process and can help you set a fair and realistic price for your business. It is important to use a business broker with whom you can communicate well with, who educates you on the ins and outs of selling your business, and who can effectively market your company to buyers so that it does sell for top dollar.

I have the background, skills, education and determination that make me especially qualified to value and market Phoenix businesses for sale. Before becoming a business broker in Scottsdale, AZ, I was a business owner.

First Impression Security Doors in Gilbert, that was my business. My partner and I started the business out of our garage in 1995 and built it into a company that, at the time we sold it, operated out of our own manufacturing facility and had thirteen employees (Today that business is the largest ornamental iron company in the state of Arizona).

We sold the company through a local Business Broker in 2001. My transition into the Business Broker industry came about when the President of the firm asked me to join his company. I accepted his offer and quickly became one of the top sales agents in the company.

I am now affiliated with West USA Realty which has the largest Business Broker group in the state of Arizona (25 agents). West USA was formed in 1986 and has over 40 offices around the country, including 6 in the Phoenix metro area. This gives our “businesses for sale” listings excellent exposure.
