More About Herb Club
The River House Herb Club meets every 4th Sunday from 1:30-3 pm, in the Otter’s Den at the River House. It’s free and everyone is invited. The River House Little Seed Library is also located here.
Our meetings are hosted by local herbalists and plant enthusiasts who share knowledge about using herbs as food, medicine, and more, highlighting native medicinal plants and their uses.
Herb Club topics are interesting, relevant and engaging like gardening, medicine making, backyard herbalism, and kitchen cupboard medicine. We’ve had field trips, herb walks, and a Mother’s Day Tea.
Our meetings are fun and informative with demonstrations, hands-on activities, and lots of plants to see, touch, smell, and taste. There’s a lot to experience at Herb Club!
Bring a mug for herbal tea, hope to see you there.
