Carnival rides, rodeo action, livestock events, vendors, local food, live music, and family fun are all waiting at this year’s festival! Here is the full schedule for October 7–11:
📅 Wednesday, October 7
• 11:30 AM — Senior Citizens Lunch in the Auditorium
Doors open at 9 AM; meal sponsored by Sheriff Craft & VPSO
• 4 PM — Fair opens
• 5 PM — Live DJ Big Daddy’s Entertainment
• Livestock entries accepted at the Livestock Barn until 8 PM
• 10 PM — Fair closes
🎟️ Senior citizens receive free admission. All others receive 2-for-1 admission. Carnival armbands are $26 from 4–10 PM.
📅 Thursday, October 8
• 4 PM — Fair opens and Rodeo Parade begins downtown
• 5 PM — Live DJ Big Daddy’s Entertainment
• 7:30 PM — Leesville Lions Club LRCA Rodeo and Big Dog Bull Roping Contest
• 10 PM — Fair closes
🎟️ Half-off 30- or 50-ticket books with military ID. Carnival armbands are $26 from 4–10 PM.

• 10 AM — Fair opens
• 11 AM — 4-H Rabbit Show, Livestock Barn
• 1 PM — 4-H Cornhole Contest, Livestock Barn

• 7:30 PM — Leesville Lions Club LRCA Rodeo
• 11 PM — Fair closes
🎟️ Free admission for K–12 students from 9 AM–4 PM. Carnival armbands are $26 from 10 AM–4 PM and again from 6–11 PM.

• 10 AM — Fair opens
• 11 AM — 4-H Livestock Show, Livestock Barn
• 5 PM — Live music in the Auditorium
• 7:30 PM — Leesville Lions Club LRCA Rodeo and Big Dog Bull Roping Contest Finals
• 11 PM — Fair closes
🎟️ Carnival rides are reduced by 1 ticket from noon–6 PM. Armbands are $26 from 10 AM–4 PM and 6–11 PM.
📅 Sunday, October 11
• 1 PM — Fair opens with FREE admission for all ages
• 6 PM — Carnival ends
🎟️ $26 carnival armbands available from 1–6 PM.
Festival admission is $5 cash only; children 5 and under are free. Law enforcement, first responders, military members, and their families receive free festival admission daily with valid identification.
🐂 Rodeo tickets are $12 in advance or $15 at the gate. Active-duty military tickets are $10 on Thursday with military ID.
🎠 Save on rides with a $22 presale carnival armband through October 6—$26 the day of the carnival.
