We’re excited to be the first studio in Saint Augustine FL to offer Aerial yoga, Pilates reformers group classes, beach yoga, Sup Yoga, and Aerial Yoga. Our teachers are knowledgeable and approachable, ensuring you an emotional and physical experience.

Our wellness studio is located in Saint Augustine Florida that also offers massage therapists and a Dr. In acupuncture on staff just for you. Even if you don’t live in Florida or in the US we offer daily zoom virtual classes, pre recorded classes ,and yoga teacher training certifications virtually for anyone who lives anywhere in the world.
