
More About Buttery Brown Sugar Grilled Peaches

Ingredients

▢4 fresh peaches ripe but firm
▢1/2 cup brown sugar
▢2 tablespoons salted butter melted
▢1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Wash and dry your peaches.
Run a knife around the middle of the peach, from top to bottom. Twist gently to pull apart, then remove the pit from from the one half.
In a small bowl combine the brown sugar, butter and cinnamon.
Dip the cut end of the peaches into the mixture, coating completely. Save the remaining mixture!!!
Heat your grill to high. Brush the grates with oil.
Place the peaches brown sugar side down onto the grill, and cook until browned and cooked through. ( only a few minutes). Flip over and fill each peach cavity with another teaspoon or so of the mixture. Heat up for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove and place onto a plate.
Top each peach with some of the remaining brown sugar mixture, or, place ice cream on top and THEN sprinkle the mixture on the ice cream!
Serve and enjoy!
