NorthShore Health Centers is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community by being present where it matters most. NorthShore regularly hosts mobile food distributions to support those in need and actively engages in community events, including health fairs, job fairs, and more.

NorthShore is also committed to education, offering a variety of classes at their locations each month. These include Diabetic Diner, where participants learn how to prepare diabetic-friendly meals through live demonstrations, as well as classes on weight loss, hypertension, and many more essential health topics. NorthShore is more than just a health center – they’re a trusted partner in the well-being of the communities they serve.
