The Surgical Scheduler Coordinator assists the patient with all aspects of pre-operative preparations to make sure their surgical experience is smooth as possible and acts as a liaison between the office, surgical facility, patient and surgeon. The Surgical Scheduler Coordinator supports the patient throughout the surgical process, from education, scheduling surgical and pre/post-operative visits, working diligently to finalize all details for the scheduled surgery with the Physician and chosen surgical facility, perform required testing, prepare all surgical documentation, and assist the patients while preparing for surgical treatments as needed.
