Wellness Walk in the Park at Newfields

Wellness Walk in the Park at Newfields takes place on the 2nd and 4th Fridays from September 11th through December 11th. Each session will start with a short wellness exercise followed by a 30–60-minute walk, depending on the weather and available daylight. Meet in The Virginia B Fairbanks Art & Nature Park under Align at 4:30 PM. Bring water and wear sturdy shoes.
