More About University Hospitals Cleveland Marathon
Join us May 16–17, 2026, for the 49th Annual University Hospitals Cleveland Marathon, a major spring event in Cleveland. Participants can choose from the full, half, 10K, 5K, or Kids Run, enjoying vibrant neighborhoods, lakefront views, and an energetic finish-line atmosphere. The race weekend includes multiple events, a health & fitness expo, and a lively community celebration.
