His tender ballads and timeless hits helped define the folk-pop sound of the '60s and '70s. Artists from Elvis to Jane's Addiction to Toby Keith have all covered his songs.
The four-time Grammy® nominee has recorded 20 albums, charted numerous songs and won 13 Juno Awards in his native Canada. He's received the highest honors a Canadian civilian can receive. In 2012, the folk-rock icon was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
