More About FAIRS & FESTIVALS: Plainville Hot Air Balloon Festival 2023
The festival opens Friday, 5-10 p.m., with a firework display on Friday at 9:30 p.m. Hot air balloons will provide a balloon glow before the fireworks. An arts and craft show will be open on both Friday and Saturday. A car show will be held on Saturday. There will be a balloon launch at 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday. Food concessions open both days.
