Cowboy Stew Tips
What else can you add to Cowboy Stew?
Add some heat by using a spicy sausage, such as chorizo or andouille. Or toss in some pickled jalapenos or chipotle peppers. For more vegetables, mix in frozen or canned corn or green beans.
How do you store Cowboy Stew?
Store this stew in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. You can also freeze it in resealable freezer bags or containers for up to three months. On the stovetop, reheat the stew over low heat; add broth or water if necessary.
What can you serve with Cowboy Stew?
Cornbread, of course! Try this honey cornbread, then prep a side of delicious crunchy coleslaw or snappy green vegetables, too.
