11TH ANNUAL HOMELAND HOSPICE 5K AND MEMORY WALK
Our annual Homeland Hospice 5K and Memory Walk serves to remember those we’ve lost and to raise funds to support those who need care today. Funds raised support Homeland Hospice supportive services like massage, music therapy and additional in-home relief hours as well as residents of Homeland Center whose financial resources have been exhausted.

2025 Homeland Hospice 5K and Memory Walk
WHO: Runners and walkers of all ages. Gather your family, friends and co-workers and join us for a meaningful fundraising event. (Stroller and wheelchair accessible.)
WHAT: HOMELAND HOSPICE 5K RUN and MEMORY WALK is an annual event benefiting Homeland’s benevolent care programs for residents, clients, patients and families.
WHERE: The start and finish are at Rossmoyne Business Center, 5000 Ritter Road, Mechanicsburg. Plenty of free parking, wheelchair accessible.
WHEN: Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 9:00am
7:45 to 8:45 AM – Registration
9:00 AM – 5K / Memory Walk begins
10:00 AM – Awards presentation
HOW: All participants must register. The fee is $25 for anyone 13 and older. Children 12 and under are free. To be guaranteed an event t-shirt, registration must be received by Monday, September 1. If registering after August 27, t-shirts will be available while they last.
HONOR the memory of a loved one. Not only can you (and your team) walk or run in their memory, but you can also add your loved one’s name to the front of this year’s t-shirt with a donation of $25. Names must be received by Monday, September 1.
RESULTS: Professional timing will be provided. Race results will be posted on this site once available.
AWARDS: Top three 5K male and female champions will receive cash prizes – $250 for 1st place, $150 for 2nd place, and $100 for 3rd place. Cash prizes will also be awarded to the top male and female finishers in EIGHT different age brackets. Additional prizes include largest team, oldest and youngest participants, and treats for all the adorable dogs.
After the 5K and Memory Walk, we will honor loved ones, provide light refreshments, and award event prizes

From Route 15 take the Rossmoyne Road/Wesley Drive exit. Proceed south on Rossmoyne Road. Turn right onto Louise Road, turn right on Ritter Road. Your destination will be on your right.
