More About A Cinematic Point of View
In collaboration with the Media Arts Council, the Lansdowne Arts Committee presents A Cinematic Point of View, a dynamic group exhibition that reimagines how stories are told through a single frame. Using cinematic tools like lighting, framing, perspective, and mood, the featured artists transform still images into immersive, narrative-driven moments that feel pulled from a larger film.
Showcasing photography and mixed media work, the exhibition brings together both traditional and experimental approaches to visual storytelling, blurring the line between photograph and cinema. Each piece invites viewers to step into a scene, interpret a narrative, and experience how much emotion and story can be contained in a single image.
Opening Reception: May 23rd, 4 PM – 8 PM
Exhibition Dates: May 23rd – June 28th
