Join us for the Second Annual Crawfish Festival at Historic Crawfish Springs in Chickamauga, Georgia. Building on the energy, community pride, and Southern flavor that launched this event, year two promises more food, more music, more vendors, and a full day of memories worth making.
This is the original Chickamauga Crawfish Festival, proudly produced by Shop the Market at in conjunction with the City of Chickamauga — and it's staying right where it belongs.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Crawfish Springs — in a town once known by that very name — this festival celebrates the rich history, bold flavors, and vibrant spirit of the South in one of Georgia's most historic communities.
🦞 Savor the Flavor
Fresh crawfish takes center stage, but the food lineup doesn't stop there. Multiple gourmet food trucks will serve up Gulf Coast classics, Southern seafood favorites, and plenty of non-seafood options so there's something for every appetite. Come hungry.
🔥 Authentic New Orleans-Style Crawfish Boil
The pots don't stop — we'll be boiling crawfish all day and into the night, from the moment we open until the last bag is served.
This is a traditional New Orleans-style crawfish boil held near the spring itself. Gather under the trees and dig into spicy crawfish, corn, potatoes, and all the fixings — boiled to perfection and served with true Southern flair all day long.
First timer? No problem. Veterans will show you how it's done: suck the head, pinch the tail, and enjoy every bite.

Live regional artists will keep the energy going all day long with blues, zydeco, country, and more. Grab a cold drink, pull up a seat, and let the good vibes carry you through the afternoon.
