    - Learn and practice yoga in a weekly 60 minute class. The class will begin will centering followed with warm up movements, standing and floor postures, ending with relaxation for several minutes. This class will focus on proper alignment and safety in performing the postures.

    This class can be taken repeatedly to deepen your knowledge of yoga techniques.

    Wear comfortable clothing in order to permit movement. Bring a yoga mat, blanket or beach towel.

    Join us for a Royal Tea Party fit for any princesses! Each child can dress as their favorite princess or in whatever they like! We will be making our own princess wands while enjoing tea/lemonade and some yummy treats!
    Each princess will receive their own tiara and can play dress up in our Royal Beauty Parlor!
    You must pre-register for the party so that we have enough items on hand for each child. You can pre-register by calling Sweet Repeats at 704-843-1344 or you can stop in the store.
    The cost is $10 per child.
