PARK ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
St John Parks and Recreation
The Park Administrative Coordinator plans and coordinates recreation programs, events, and facility rentals while supporting Parks and Recreation staff. This role oversees Community Center bookings, promotes rentals, and ensures smooth event operations.
Responsibilities include organizing youth, adult, and senior programs, leagues, and special events, while maintaining schedules, records, and office procedures. The position also assists with budgeting, purchasing, and communications, and provides customer service, processes registrations, and supports daily office operations.
Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in office or recreation work preferred.
