It’s time to move, connect, and celebrate all things wellness 💚 Join us for National Fitness Day on May 2nd as we bring the energy with a complimentary outdoor workout at CRISP & GREEN in Vernon Hills!
We’re taking the sweat session outside for a fun, feel-good, high-energy class led by Studio Elevate Fit, designed for all levels to help you move, energize, and feel your absolute best. Think fresh air, upbeat music, and that post-workout glow we all love.
After class, we’ll head back to the store to refuel with CRISP & GREEN’s fresh post-workout bites, recharge, and connect with some amazing local partners. It’s all about good energy, great food, great people, and building community!
What to Expect:
Outdoor Workout with Studio Elevate Fit
This mat Pilates class is your go-to for feeling strong, lengthened, and centered—without the intimidation factor. Expect a low-impact, high-burn workout: completely core-centric and powerful for your entire body. We'll move intentionally to amazing music, mixing classic Pilates with a modern & slightly spicy twist. Perfect for all levels, whether you’re brand new or already obsessed.
Please bring a yoga mat and water!
Refuel with CRISP & GREEN + Local Partners
Post-workout, we’ll head back to the store for delicious CRISP & GREEN offerings, fun in-store activations, and time to mingle with local businesses. Enjoy samples, giveaways, and special treats while connecting with the community 🥗
