More About Yoga in the Gardens (outdoor)
Yoga classes are held on Thursdays and Sundays. Advanced registration is required for all classes, and capacity is limited. Please note, we advise that you arrive 15+ minutes prior to class time in order to park and walk to the location on time for your class. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. All experience levels, ages, shapes, and genders are invited and honored. This Vinyasa Yoga class will be led by Katie Murphy at the Waterfall Pond. See website to register.
