Known for iconic songs like “Mr. Bojangles,” “Long Hard Road (The Sharecropper’s Dream),” “Modern Day Romance,” and “Fishin’ in the Dark,” the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band has left an indelible mark on American roots music.
