5 week cooking series February 24, March 3, 10, 17 and 24
This series led by Rinku Bhattacharya a local cookbook author, chef and food blogger offers easy to prepare one pot meals from around the world.
The class will feature comfort dishes such as Fasolada (Greek white bean soup), Khusari (Egyptian rice and lentil pilaf), Jambalaya and more.
Participants will receive recipes ahead of time to cook along with Rinku.
