Get your morning off to a relaxing start with a Mindful Morning at the Zoo!
Participants will:
Engage in grounding exercises
Practice mindful activities; journalling, art and meditation
Meet an animal up-close!
Because this program relies on participants being able to find quiet and stillness for extended periods of time, young children under 10 are not recommended. Children must be accompanied by adults.
