Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
    benefitzco@gmail.com

How many people fit on a trolley? Can you rent the entire trolley or do a private event?
Yes! Each trolley can fit 30 customers. If you are interested in learning more about a private event please e-mail benefitzco@gmail.com with approximate number of people and the date you would like to do the tour. You will hear back within 48 hours with availability and pricing. Trolley rental is extremely limited, but the same tour can be done for a private group on a party bus.

    Is the trolley heated?
Yes! The trolley is fully enclosed and heated.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
This event is geared towards adults and you must be 21+ to BYOB and consume alcohol. Any tickets purchased for a minor must be purchased by their parent or guardain. Please note anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted into Jukebox when the trolley returns.

I am a vegetarian, is there a food option for vegetarians?
Yes, there will be meat chili and a vegetarian soup option.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please bring your ticket (either printed or electronic) and your ID with you to check-in.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
As long as the attendee has a ticket (either printed or electronic) it does not matter if the ticket name matches the name of the attendee.

Something has come up and I can’t make the event for the date I scheduled. Can I reschedule my ticket for a different date?
You cannot transfer your ticket to a different date. Once tickets are purchased all sales are final. You may give your tickets away (again the ticket name does not need to match the attendee name).

I would like to add on one more ticket for a friend, but it says the event is sold out. Can I add on just one more ticket?
Unfortunately, no. Once an event says sold out there are no more tickets available for that date. We are limited due to seating constraints on the trolley and cannot oversell the event.

Are we allowed to drink on the trolley?
Yes! The event is BYOB and you are allowed to drink on the trolley. We will have cups provided as you are not to drink out of glass on the trolley.

What time should I arrive for the event?
If you bought a 4-8pm event please arrive for check-in between 4-4:15pm. If you purchased a 7-11pm event please arrive for check-in between 7-7:15pm. If you arrive early that's okay, but we will check-in during those scheduled times.

    What if I'm running late?
If you bought a 4-8pm event the trolley departs Jukebox promptly at 5pm. If you purchased a 7-11pm event the trolley departs at 8pm. If you arrive to Jukebox after the trolleys departure time you are welcome to take a cab, Uber or Lyft to meet up with the trolley at one of the scheduled stops.

Where do I park for this event?
Parking is not included for the event. However, there is free street parking on W 29th, Detroit Ave and all other neighborhood streets around the meeting location. Please look for No Parking signs to avoid a ticket or tow.

Fun things to do in North Olmsted

Since 1986 the Town Planner Calendar has been keeping families across America up-to-date about events and other fun things to do right in their hometown.

Delivered free of charge every December to millions of homes across America, our full-sized, full-color calendar is a time-tested and beloved tool for helping families stay organized. The large date blocks are not only loaded with lots of nearby events and fun things to do, there's plenty of room for you to record your own family's important events like birthdays, anniversaries, parties -- anything you have planned -- so everybody in the house can see them whenever they go to the fridge, out the front door, or wherever you choose to display it.

But there's more! Every calendar is full of coupons from popular local merchants, so you can save money while supporting small businesses right in your hometown.

And don't miss our beautiful full-color photography! Every month you'll recognize a new photo from someplace close to home, submitted to us by a local photographer. If you'd like to have your own hometown photos included in our calendar, please contact your local publisher for more information.

We truly believe it's better to "keep it local". From coast to coast and border to border, our network of franchisees work with organizations and merchants right in their community to make sure you get the information and savings you care about. We prefer to feature family-friendly events that are a short walk or drive away, and coupons from local businesses so you can support your hometown economy.

If there's something happening close to home that folks in your neighborhood need to know about, why not submit it to us today? Please note that publication of your event is subject to approval by your local Town Planner publisher.

If there's no Town Planner calendar in your area, you could be looking at a great business opportunity! Town Planner franchisees set their own hours and can work out of their homes while providing a valuable service to both homeowners and local businesses in the area.
