More About Metro Art Studios Featured Artist: Aisha Nailah

Remy Sosa, a multidisciplinary teaching artist , is the Metro Art Studios Featured Artist from March 24 through May 11, 2024. Her exhibit, S.T.I.L.Life (shit that I like in life), combines a love of color and texture, often working fabrics and paper into her pieces as well as using paint and ink. Her work concerns itself mainly with the feeling, color, and spiritual vibrancy of the composition. Aisha is very inspired culturally being an African Diasporan woman of Costa Rican descent and by street art.

Opening reception: Sunday, March 24 from 12 to 4 pm

The exhibit is open during gallery hours: Thursday-Saturday, 12-4 pm and by appointment
