Join us each Sunday at Centering Space to learn and practice meditation to calm the mind and develop compassion. Ideal for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.
Each session includes meditation instruction and a Dharma talk led by Ani Palmo Rybicki, a nun in the Tibetan Buddhist Tradition and the Director and Resident Teacher of Songtsen Gampo Buddhist Center of Cleveland.
