More About Forest Therapy Walk
As the beautiful month of May unfolds in all her glory, join Catherine Mangan, Certified Forest Therapy Guide, for a slow and easy walk along forested trails at Bradley Woods Reservation in Westlake, where we will receive gentle invitations and opportunities to engage all of our senses to notice and connect with the “more than human world.” As we journey together there will be brief opportunities for sharing. We will complete our time together with tea and snacks. We will be walking rain or shine, so come prepared for the weather. If the weather is stormy or dangerous, the program will be cancelled.
