More About Caregiver Self-Care: Massage Workshop
Caregiver stress is a recognized phenomenon, and its effect can be devastating. Self-care is essential to health and wellbeing and is often neglected in service to others. Led by senior health advocate Patricia Adler, this interactive workshop is intended to provide a self-care stress reduction option for caregivers with massage, using selected interactive techniques and educational materials.
