More About Rib Burn Off - Strongsville City Club
The 40th annual Strongsville Rib Burnoff takes place June 18-20, 2026, at the Strongsville Commons. This popular summer event features world-famous rib vendors competing for the 'best ribs' award, along with festival food, drinks, live entertainment, fireworks, and a cornhole tournament. Attendees can enjoy family-friendly activities, music performances, and a variety of delicious foods in a lively community atmosphere.
