Noelle Choy: Adventurers

In Adventurers, Noelle Choy presents new and ongoing works that explore biographical fiction through precarious materials and their ability to hold fragmented experiences and emotional histories imperfectly in objects and space. The exhibition considers how people, conversations, and everyday objects carry emotional residue and shape the ways we remember. The accompanying film, Wonders of the World, follows Choy, her brother, and her aunt as they retrace her mother’s immigration from Taiwan to the United States.
